Make sure that a decent cordless jigsaw is in your toolbox as it's a very versatile tool, and this makita one is very much a good one. Price-wise it could be a bit cheaper, but you are getting your money's worth in quality. Definitely recommended, and the blades it came with aren't bad either imho.
Savvas, 09/02/2023For me, the main attraction of this jigsaw is the flexibility of a battery product, no more lugging a transformer about. Other than that it performs just like a corded jigsaw with variable speed, a light and quick blade change. Too soon to comment on reliability yet but all my other Makita tools just seem to keep going.
